HATE CRIME

A violent predator terrorizes San Diego, stalking and violently attacking employees of a Chinese biotech company. San Diego Police Detective Steven Ryan and Crime Scene Investigator Shui Chen team up to catch and bring the perp to justice, but the perp stays one step ahead of the cops. Ryan and Chen run into one roadblock and dead end after another as they discover and pursue critical evidence.
